This exquisite little gift arrives via Japan like a small electric toy train,or a watch, or is that Switzerland? I am always getting those two places confused in their mysterious precision. It’s a dialog I wrote a while back for the characters and it got me wondering what if they suddenly were in Japan talking about the Snow Coutry by way of an Ozu film and then I realized that the whole love story is more or less about time and space and Einsteinian Relativity, so maybe they have the kind of love where they exist in two places vibrating as two entirely different and entirely the same characters. I hope to try more of these experiments in the super collider of The Library Project.
