Thanks

The quality of the comments here lately has seemed, to me, extraordinarily high.

One of the purposes of blogging a book as it is being written is to have ideas tested and, possibly, sharpened, transformed or overturned. This has repeatedly occurred -- although I have not often weighed in with comments of my own acknowledging that. Please take this as a blanket acknowledgement and expression of appreciation.

This being my first blogging experience, I'm grateful for the opportunity to engage w/ your ideas, Mitch, and all the people who interact w/ them. Kind of amazed at how quickly it's become part of my mental processes. Can't help but wonder: if you didn't keep tossing out new ideas for us to respond to, would we end up inventing you? (feel lost in a Pirandello play at times ;))

Thank you Mitch!

I feel you have been most gracious to me in letting me post here. I am in the midst of a faith that is unraveling and my posts have reflected the weaving in and out of unbelief and faith...

I just wonder if there are any believers out there that would like to write a companion book to yours called Without Gods...

Theirs could be entitled Without Reasons!
...and it would be.
