an unintentional epigraph for an age gone missing

wondering what people thought of Leon Wieseltier’s piece, Among the Disrupted, in this weekend’s NYTimes Book Review.
my sense is that while it can be dismissed as an unintentional epitaph for an age gone missing, there is value hidden in the nostalgia. indeed, what do we want to take with us as we leave the print era for destinations unknown?
